The Nutrisystem menu consists of over 150 breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and desserts. If I could choose only one from each category, that would be:
Biscotti Bites for Breakfast
Oh, eating these with my morning coffee makes my breakfast so delightful! I view them as cookies, but they do have an element of pastry in them. It’s easy to stick to a diet when food is so delicious. These are made of whole grains, with no artificial colors or any preservatives. Their main ingredients are almonds, sugar, butter, eggs, and whole wheat flour. Yes, butter. You heard right. But they have only 150 calories.
Chicken Fajita Melt for Lunch
Chicken, mozzarella and vegetables. A filling combination that is tasty at the same time. The fajita is made of masa flour—that is white corn meal with lime—quite yummy. Paprica and parsley give this meal a strong appetizing element. It is a light meal I eat usually at my desk while working.
Broccoli and Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast
I love stuffed chicken especially when the filling has veggies. Inside this chicken you will find garlic and hearty broccoli blended with cheese. Vinegar, rosemary, and lemon juice make this dinner mouth-watering.
Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
This is my favorite snack. Chocolaty and creamy! Yum! I have always liked the sandwich cookies. These are like classic cookies, filled with cream. I like the crunchy chocolate cookie hug. Surprisingly, these cookies are good for diabetics and vegetarians.
